New Digs in SB
Santa Barbara, California has caught the attention of the shakers and movers in the world of health enthusiasts and serious athletes. This idyllic get-a-way renowned for its postcard setting and Mediterranean climate is now dotted with raw food restaurants, yoga studios, herbal tonic bars and training facilities featuring the avant-garde of today’s fitness elite. The ubiquitous presence of runners, cyclist, and surfers navigating the waves along the many panoramic byways alert the first-time visitor that the townsfolk here covet their outdoor lifestyle.
It was an obvious decision to make this central coast hub the manufacturing base for Mattole Valley Naturals … the perfect compliment, or “outbreath”, if you will, for our research and development center in the remote Mattole River Valley a mere 12 hours north on Highway 1, the scenic and western-most artery that connects Northern and Southern California. Our original connections to the Santa Barbara surfing culture, and practitioner circles has expanded greatly, as the MVN product line has been embraced by prominent trainers, and is featured in local raw food cafés, tonic bars and health clubs.
The warm and extended welcome of the community, has confirmed our hunch that Santa Barbara was destined to be our business home, and the impetus to build MVN’s newly completed production and distribution facility. The construction phase has been quite an event, as the job site became the focus of many impromptu meetings, and creative brainstorming sessions amongst our network of patrons and partners. A shared passion atypical to most industries is the unseen force conspiring to bond the young entrepreneurs, seasoned practitioners, trainers and master herbalists in the region to a common vision.
We at Mattole Valley Naturals are proud to be part of something we know to be very special. It has been undeniably rewarding to witness the positive effects our products have produced within clinical settings over the years, but it is especially exciting to see them so enthusiastically accepted by the larger public. We’d love to show you our new headquarters, so stop in and say hi anytime you’re in the neighborhood … were at 130 Calle Cesar Chavez just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge.
Greetings Dr. Baer!
What an inspiring message. I see you all in radiant health and light.
Bless Sings Be,
Eileen
